Leapfrog Software was incorporated in June 2001 after an extensive marketing and development effort. The founders formed a strategic alliance with Raxco Software, the makers of PerfectDisk, to jointly develop and market a unique Windows high availability product to assist IT personnel in maintaining high availability in their networks. The founders of Leapfrog Software are experienced professionals with over 55 years of combined experience in the software business.
